Thomas M. Lynch has been practicing communications and
telecommunications law for over a decade. Mr. Lynch
graduated cum laude in 1993 from Georgetown University
Law Center and was named to the Dean's List. He practiced
law with Wilkinson, Barker, Knauer & Quinn in Washington,
DC for three years where he assisted numerous entities
in complying with regulations pertaining to wireless
licenses. While at Wilkinson, Barker, Mr. Lynch co-authored
and edited the Telecommunications Act Handbook:
A Complete Reference for Business. The book
describes the principal provisions of the Telecommunications
Act of 1996 and has been reviewed favorably in the communications
industry.

Mr. Lynch moved to Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby,
another Washington law firm, in 1996 where he practiced telecommunications
law for another two years, representing Fortune 500 companies
in the purchase of telecommunications services from major

Mr. Lynch opened his own law practice in 1998 in which he
assists entities from around the country and around the globe
in obtaining FCC licenses and complying with communications
and telecommunications regulations. He has assisted both established

Mr. Lynch is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the
Virginia State Bar, the Maryland State Bar, the Bar of the
